Founded in the 1990s by Rafael Hernandez Sr., our company began with hands-on residential A/V—installing satellite systems for DIRECTV and DISH when home entertainment was going digital. Rafael Sr. built the business the old-fashioned way: neat work, fair pricing, and showing up when he said he would. Word spread from living rooms to dining rooms, and soon we were outfitting restaurants with distributed audio, mounted TVs, and reliable control systems that could handle long hours and busy shifts.

Today, the company is led by Rafael Hernandez Jr., after graduating from the University of Houston he honored those roots while expanding what we do. Seeing that every modern A/V system rides on a dependable network, he added Managed IT Services—bringing switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VoIP, surveillance, and structured cabling under one roof. That evolution turned us into a multi-sector partner focused on commercial solutions for offices, restaurants, retail, warehouses, schools, and remote petro worksites across Texas.

What hasn’t changed is how we work. We’re still family-owned and Houston-based, and we still obsess over the details: clean racks, labeled patch panels, tidy conduit, documented networks, and systems that “just work” day in and day out. Our team handles everything end-to-end—discovery, design, installation, training, and managed support—so you have one accountable partner instead of a tangle of vendors.

On the A/V side, we design video distribution (including AVoIP) for menus, dashboards, and control rooms; build video walls and large-format LED panel displays; and engineer professional audio using platforms like QSC for even coverage and clear speech. For control, we program commercial A/V control (Crestron/Q-SYS/Extron) with touch panels and simple presets that anyone can use.

On the IT side, we provide 24/7 monitoring, patching, backups, security, and help desk—plus structured wiring (CAT6/CAT6A) with fiber uplinks between MDF/IDF closets. We also offer SYSTIMAX® structured cabling solutions and certification when projects require enterprise-grade performance and warranty coverage. To keep you online, we manage ISP sourcing statewide and deploy 5G/LTE failover so operations continue during circuit outages. That’s been especially valuable for our petro clients in Midland and Odessa, where we specialize in connecting remote yards and field offices.
